Job summary

EA-RS Group Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor to lead the service and maintenance of client sites, manage a small on-site team, and coordinate with the design and procurement functions to deliver projects on time.

The role requires working knowledge of BS EN 12845 and BS9251:2021, with competency in drawings; SMSTS/CSCS desirable. You will drive safety, RAMs quality, and client relationships while supporting invoicing and financial processes.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of BS EN 12845 and BS9251:2021 (essential).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (essential).
• Experience managing on-site labour and resources (essential).
• Familiarity with RAMs, quality documentation and project records (essential).
• LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 desirable; LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage service & maintenance requirements for current client base.
• Expand service & maintenance client base.
• Provide management updates including contract status and invoicing support.
• Ensure projects have correct labour & materials assigned; deliver on time.
• Support design team with technical queries and attend progress meetings.

About the Role

The purpose of the position of Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor:

• To manage the service & maintenance requirements of current client base


• To expand current service & maintenance client base


• Provide management updates to include status of all contracts to include supporting finance with invoicing client base

Principal Responsibilities:

• Ensure PPMS are carried out correctly according to BS EN 12845, BS9251:2021


• Manage a small service & maintenance team to ensure all sites are maintained


• Provide technical support to service & maintenance team


• Procure all materials for current projects


• Request information from internal and external clients


• Accountable for:


• Ensure projects have correct labour & materials assigned for each job


• Ensure all projects are delivered on time


• Support design team with any technical queries


• Attend progress meetings with the client.


• Coordination meetings with external subcontractors within multi-discipline design team.


• Liaison with suppliers with quarterly review on pricing


• Weekly progress meeting to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Working knowledge of BS EN 12845, BS9251:2021 & Schemes (essential)

• LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 Competent (desirable)


• Practiced at management of on-site labour & resources (essential)


• Valid SMSTS (desirable)


• CSCS Gold Card Holder (desirable)


• Extensive knowledge of project documentation eg. RAMs, Quality (essential)
