Chubb Fire & Security Group in Romford is seeking an experienced Fire Service Engineer to service, maintain and install fire alarm systems within the local area. You will work to tight deadlines, deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

The role requires proven experience with fire alarm systems, FIA training desirable, good IT skills and a valid UK driving licence. A company vehicle, competitive salary with bonuses, and ongoing training are provided to

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with fire alarm systems.
• FIA training (or equivalent) desirable.
• Good IT skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the local area and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems.
• Manage territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion.
• Complete accurate engineer service reports.
• Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations.
• Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly.
• Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible.
