Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Group is recruiting a Small Works Security Service Engineer in the Northwest region. You will work with the service operations team to complete 4–8 hour work orders, generate additional revenue, and collaborate with the recommendations team and KAMs on suitable leads.

You will quote small works, manage orders through to sign-off, and deliver excellent customer care. Industry training, company van, pension and health benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience with intruder alarms, access systems and CCTV systems.
• IPAF license (3a/3b cherry picker) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4–8 hour work orders and generate extra revenue for the business.
• Collaborate with the recommendations team and engineers on opportunities.
• Work with the commercial seller and Key Account Managers for leads.
• Prepare quotes for small works and manage orders from quotation to completion.
• Provide excellent customer care and manage stock orders throughout.
