Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of security systems across commercial, domestic and integrated setups.
• Perform maintenance and repairs; plan daily routes visiting customer sites within the patch.
• Provide technical advice to customers on security best practices and product offerings.
• Respond to service calls; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in a structured call-out rota for after-hours support on a rotating schedule.
