Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Trainer for a role based in Dagenham with home-based flexibility and travel to Warrington. The position includes full training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years in Fire & Security engineering, strong expertise in fire alarm systems, and a passion for mentoring others while contributing to the development of accredited qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fire & Security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards.
• Interest in mentoring, teaching, or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-impact training in Fire & Security disciplines across multiple systems.
• Develop and tailor training programmes for face-to-face, remote, and blended delivery.
• Contribute to LMS and e-learning resources.
• Help audit and maintain training content to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Assist with course accreditation and development of qualifications aligned with industry frameworks.
