Job summary

4Way Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Fire & Security Service Engineer to cover Liverpool and surrounding areas. The role offers a basic salary of £32,000–£38,000 DOE, a company van for personal use, private healthcare and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Manufacturer training on GENT and FireClass systems is provided, with overtime, call-out rota, and travel time paid. The position is full-time and permanent, with opportunities for long-term progression within a national fire & security group

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
• Experience servicing electronic security systems.
• Experience carrying out fault finding and small works.
• Desirable: manufacturer experience with GENT and/or FireClass systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fault finding and repairs across a range of systems.
• Service and maintain CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
• Attend both planned and reactive maintenance visits.
• Complete small works on existing installations.
• Produce accurate service reports and documentation.
• Provide a consistently high standard of customer service while on site.
