Manchester-based Fire & Security Service Engineer role with M PRO Recruitment Limited, seeking an experienced professional to service, remediate, and fault-find on fire and security systems across large commercial sites.

The role covers PPM servicing, reactive fault-finding, and on-site electrical diagnostics with on-call duties on a 1 in 6 rota. A strong customer-service approach and independent work style are essential, with a company van and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire and security engineering across multiple disciplines.
• Strong electrical fundamentals and fault-finding skills.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Able to work independently on commercial sites.

• Willing to participate in a 1 in 6 on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM servicing and maintenance on fire and security systems.
• Complete remedial works identified during PPM visits.
• Attend reactive callouts and diagnose system faults.
• Work on large commercial sites and IP-based equipment.
• Use basic networking knowledge for configuration and fault-finding.
