Job summary
Complete Security Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fire & Security Service Engineer to diagnose and resolve faults on high-spec fire and security systems across London and Home Counties. You will own your PPM diary and work with a capable technical team to ensure top-notch service for luxury residential and premium commercial properties.
The role emphasizes on-site expertise, excellent client-facing communication, and delivering first-time fixes with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' field service engineering experience (Fire & Security preferred).
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
- ECS/CSCS card and clean H&S record.
- NVQ apprenticeship or equivalent industry qualification.
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
- Located near M25, north of the River Thames.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve faults on high-spec fire and security systems.
- On-site servicing and maintenance at commercial, retail, and luxury residential sites.
- Own and manage the PPM diary with technical support when needed.
- Prepare accurate service reports and ensure compliance documentation.
