Job summary
Wessex Fire & Security are seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join our Dorset-based team. You will undertake installation and commissioning across life safety and security systems, working to drawings and specifications while ensuring safety and quality.
The role covers Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire areas with access to our training academies. We offer career progression, training with leading manufacturers, and a competitive package including company vehicle, 24 days
Qualifications
- Uk Driving licence is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills required.
- Self-motivated with proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills across customers and teams.
- Strong technical knowledge on fire and security system products.
Responsibilities
- Carry out installation and commissioning works across a wide range of systems.
- Provide excellent service to exceed customer expectations.
- Comply with H&S legislation and company policies.
- Work with planning team to manage time and complete jobs.
- Deliver project requirements from drawings and specs.
- Manage company van, stock and plant as required.
- Support growth of trainees and apprentices.
