SER-IN is looking for a Senior Installation Engineer in Hertfordshire to manage high-quality installations, commissioning and handovers for commercial properties across the region.

Join a long-established fire & security specialist with 40+ years' experience. Salary £40,000-£48,000 DOE, company van, laptop, phone, travel time, overtime, training, 20 days holiday and clear progression in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fire alarm, intruder, CCTV and access control system installs in commercial properties.
• Strong on-site leadership and handovers; ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and customer liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality installations, commissioning and handovers across commercial properties.
• Senior on-site point of contact; liaise with customers and other site teams.
• Support less experienced engineers and ensure high installation standards.
