Recruitment Helpline Ltd are seeking an experienced Electronic Fire & Security Installation Engineer to join a well-established company in Grantham. The role covers installation and commissioning of intruder detection, access control, CCTV and fire safety systems.
You will plan and execute installations across a defined geographical area, liaising with customers and contractors, and ensuring work meets current standards. A full UK driving licence and commitment to health and safety is required.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 40 Hours.
About The Role:
Responsible for the installation & commissioning of electronic fire & security systems, incorporating intruder detection systems, access control systems, CCTV systems and fire safety systems in accordance with the current systems standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, Installing & commissioning new systems with the take-over, additions and or alterations to existing intruder detection systems, access control systems, CCTV systems and fire safety systems to the relevant standard ensuring both company and client expectations are satisfied.
Key Duties:
Planning, Installation & commissioning of fire safety systems and electronic security systems to a high standard including additions and alterations to existing systems
Good communication skills with company, customers and or contractors whilst carrying out works.
Working with customers and or contractors to meet installation & specification requirements.
Clean, tidy, and professional work ethic at all times.
Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments, products, and design requirements.
Able to work from designs, specifications and or CAD drawings.
Ability to work alone or within a team covering a defined geographical area.
Complete all customer and or company provided documentation, drawings and data.
Effective & efficient planning and management of works.
Adhere to Health & Safety and toolbox talks
Undertake relevant and required tasks to support your colleagues and company objectives
Candidate Requirement:
Proven experience in the installation and or servicing of electronic fire safety systems and or electronic security systems.
Basic knowledge of electrical and or electronic principles.
Basic knowledge of IT, including an understanding of various windows operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking principles.
Full UK drivers license.
No criminal record.
Right to work in the UK.
