Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service & Maintenance Engineer to perform preventative, reactive and remedial maintenance across domestic and commercial properties in London and surrounding areas. The role requires strong fault-finding on integrated systems such as CCTV and Access Control.

Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Salary is £35,000 - £45,000 DOE with a company van, pension, 28 days leave, birthday leave and clear career progression.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience servicing CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Knowledge of Fire & Security systems and British Standards.
• Qualifications including NSI/LPCB/C&G or equivalent.
• Ability to meet CRB/DBS checks.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out preventative, reactive and remedial maintenance on Fire & Security systems.
• Service and maintain CCTV, Access Control and related systems.
• Complete small works and repairs across domestic and commercial properties.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with regulations and British Standards.
• Maintain equipment asset logs and service records.
• Plan and manage daily workloads to complete jobs efficiently.
• Communicate with the office daily, providing progress updates and reports.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and follow safety procedures.
