Job summary

Aerials Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer - Fire & Security on a full-time, field-based role covering London and the South East. You will service CCTV, door entry, access control and intruder alarm systems, delivering high-quality workmanship on-site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will perform maintenance, fault finding and on-time service visits, using SIMPRO for reporting and communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years+ experience in a fire and security service engineer role.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills across fire alarm and security systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computing functions and mobile reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, testing and fault finding of systems per industry standards.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs or corrective works.
• Completing routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance visits.
