Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to service, maintain and carry out small works on fire alarm, CCTV, intruder and access control systems across the Worcestershire area. You will diagnose faults, complete service documentation and provide on-site support to clients.

This customer-facing role requires strong fault-finding, excellent service and the ability to identify upgrade opportunities. A van, tools and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems.
• Experience with fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
• Strong fault-finding and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain fire and security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults.
• Carry out small works and minor installations; complete service reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and identify upgrade opportunities.
