Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join the Fire Safety Team within Property Services. This fixed-term role is 12 months to cover maternity leave and will help ensure the safety and compliance of our homes and buildings.

The role involves planning, scheduling, liaising with contractors and customers, maintaining records, and supporting reporting. We value organised, customer-focused team players who communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, scheduling or planning roles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Experience coordinating with customers, contractors or service providers.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Customer-focused with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate fire safety inspections, servicing and repairs.
• Raise and manage work orders in IT systems.
• Liaise with contractors, customers and internal teams to meet timescales.
• Provide updates on appointments and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and databases.
• Support managers with reporting and performance monitoring.
• Identify potential compliance risks and escalate where needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing priorities.
