  • Track actions through to completion, maintaining clear evidence and escalating high-risk, overdue or unresolved matters.
  • Undertake site inspections and checks to verify the completion and quality of remedial works.
  • Work with surveyors, operational teams and contractors to ensure corrective works are planned and delivered safely and effectively.
  • Maintain compliance trackers, systems and forward programmes for fire safety and other assigned statutory compliance areas.
  • Coordinate inspections, servicing and assurance activity, ensuring appointments, access, supporting information and certification are managed effectively.
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and assurance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate, current and audit-ready compliance records, certificates, assessments and action logs.
  • Produce routine reports and management information, highlighting due activity, exceptions, emerging risks and required actions.
  • Identify data gaps and support improvements to compliance systems, processes and document control.

  • Support the procurement, mobilisation and ongoing management of specialist contractors.
  • Monitor assigned contract activity, expenditure and service performance.
