Fire Stoppers Ltd is seeking a motivated apprentice to support the office team while learning about fire risk assessment and administration.

You will gain hands-on experience delivering essential admin tasks, logging client records, assisting with fire risk assessment documentation and shadowing experienced assessors on site as you progress through the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and the Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor qualification.

Competenze

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience writing fire reports is desirable but not essential.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using a PC or laptop.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn, ask questions and get involved.
• An interest in fire safety and developing towards a fire risk assessment role.

Mansioni

• Sending invoices and quotes to clients via the company portal.
• Logging new jobs and keeping client records up to date.
• Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries.
• Booking appointments for fire risk assessments and other fire protection services.
• Ordering materials for upcoming work.
• Following up with clients to check work has been completed and invoices received.
• Supporting the preparation and organisation of fire risk assessment reports and documentation.
• Helping record assessment findings and track recommended actions under supervision.
• Learning about fire hazards, safety measures and the fire risk assessment process.
• Shadowing experienced assessors on site visits, where appropriate.
