Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate site activities on projects around Harlow, overseeing subcontractors and site teams to deliver safe, on-time works including fire doors and fire remediation. You will read drawings and specs, plan daily activities, manage QA/QC, and liaise with clients and main contractors.

SMSTS/SSSTS preferred; CSCS may be required; full driving licence desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager in construction/fire protection/remediation environments.
• Experience with fire stopping and/or fire remediation is essential.
• Experience with fire doors installation/maintenance is essential.
• Ability to read drawings/specifications and ensure correct installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site delivery across fire stopping, remediation and door works.
• Plan daily/weekly site activities and coordinate resources.
• Ensure compliance with project documentation and standards.
