Fire and Security Careers is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a site-based role in Middlesex, focusing on Water Mist/Sprinkler fire protection systems. You will oversee labour, costs, and delivery while coordinating with clients and suppliers on commercial sprinkler installations.

The role requires UK experience, CSCS, and a track record of managing fire protection projects, with progression opportunities within a modern, growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing site-based fire protection projects.
• Knowledge of BS EN 12845 and BS 9251.
• CSCS card and UK work experience preferred.
• Strong client liaison and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage labour on a site-based project in Middlesex and surrounding areas.
• Liaise with the client regarding commercial sprinkler installations.
• Control finances, quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Arrange materials and plant and supervise Project Engineers.
• Perform site surveys and monitor progress.
• Prepare QA documents and attend progress meetings.
• Familiarity with data centres or major projects is a bonus.

Role for Project Manager - Site Based Middlesex - Water Mist/ Sprinkler (Fire Protection/ Fire Suppression)

• Manage labour on Site Based project in Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshireareas
• Liaise with client regarding Commercial Sprinkler installations
• Manage the finances, quality and delivery for the projects
• Arrange materials & Plant for the installation and manage Project Engineers
• Site survey and check progress as needed
• Have an understanding of Fire Protection/ Fire Sprinkler install in UK (e.g BSEN 12845 & BS9251)
• Carry out and produce QA Documents
• Monitor programs to ensure that client expectations and targets are metAttend progress meetings
• Any experience of Data Centre or Major Projects (Commercial Sprinklers) is a benefit (not residential projects)
