Job summary

Abbot Fire Group is seeking an Operations Field Manager - Fire Protection in Banbury to lead a team of 15 Fire Protection Engineers within a £3–3.5M operation. The role offers onsite/hybrid flexibility and will drive operational excellence, safety, and service across nationwide contracts.

Based in Banbury, you will develop performance, manage key customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities while upholding industry standards and regulatory compliance to protect lives and assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering/field-based teams.
• Strong understanding of fire protection systems and safety standards.
• Commercial awareness with growth targets and budgets.
