Job summary

Abbey Fire (UK) Ltd is hiring a Multi-Skilled Fire Engineer to service and install fire protection equipment across the East Midlands, with a focus on Nottingham. You will maintain extinguishers, support kitchen suppression systems, and use digital reporting tools in a fast-growing national provider.

The role requires independence, a strong work ethic, and a Full UK Driving Licence. We offer a company van, a competitive package with benefits, and clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload and van stock.
• Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn new, specialist skills.
• Experience or training in fire protection is welcome, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Precision maintenance: servicing and installing fire extinguishers to BS 5306 standards.
• Specialist suppression: maintaining kitchen suppression systems to manufacturer specs.
• Identifying non-compliances and executing remedial works.
• Using digital reporting to record and streamline workflows.
• Delivering quality customer service while representing Abbey Fire.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• You hold a Full UK Driving Licence and are ready to hit the road.
