Job summary

Jones Engineering Europe is seeking a Construction Manager (Fire Protection) to oversee the delivery of projects with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule. You will manage margins, report to senior management, and lead a team where needed.

The role requires onsite leadership, budgeting, resource planning and close collaboration with clients to ensure performance meets strategic aims and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Fire Protection Design & build or similar mechanical roles.
• Qualifications in Project and Construction Programme Management to NFQ Level 8.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the projects assigned to them by Senior Management.
• Oversee all project staff and operations under their remit.
• Adequately resourcing contracts with trained operatives and quality suppliers.
• Implementing group policies and procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
• Reporting of their project’s performance to General Manager and Managing Director.
• Maintaining strong customer relations with site visits, progress updates and issue resolution.
• Review and improve project delivery by leading improvement projects.
