Jones Engineering is seeking a Sprinkler Contracts Manager to lead projects across Europe and the Nordics, ensuring delivery of commercial targets, schedule, quality and safety. You will oversee site operations, resource contracts with trained operatives and strong suppliers, while aligning with group policies and strategic improvements.

The role requires extensive project management experience in fire protection, plus qualifications in programme management.

Qualifications

• Capable in planning and project budgeting.
• Knowledge of Project Management processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Design, Site operations etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• High performing organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• 5+ Years’ Experience in the Fire Protection Design & build businesses.
• Relevant qualifications in Project and Construction Programme Management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the Commercial, Schedule, Quality and Safety of assigned projects in line with company and client expectations.
• Manage project margins and report performance to senior management.
• Oversee project staff and operations under remit; ensure adequate resourcing and supplier performance.
• Implement group policies and procedures and drive internal improvement projects.
• Maintain strong client relations with site visits and progress updates.
• Monitor progress, variation information, and ensure timely QA checks and sign-offs.
