Together Housing Group is seeking a skilled Fire Joinery Technician to join our People and Property Safety team, covering properties across the Yorkshire & Humber region. You will carry out fire safety joinery works, including installation and maintenance of fire doors and fire-stopping measures, delivering high-quality repairs and customer service across occupied and vacant properties.
The role requires joinery experience, strong Health & Safety knowledge, and the following qualifications: City
Qualifications
- Joinery experience in repairs and maintenance.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Experience maximising jobs completed within one visit.
- Experience installing fire-rated joinery products.
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge in repair environments.
- City & Guilds Advanced Craft or NVQ Level 2 in related fields.
- Full driving licence.
Responsabilités
- Carry out joinery repairs to occupied and vacant properties.
- Install fire doors and fire-stopping measures.
- Plan workload to meet schedule and safety.
- Provide customer care and protect tenants' homes.
- Document work with job sheets and maintain records.
- Manage van stock and procure materials per framework.
