Job summary

Dräger in Blyth, England, is seeking an experienced electrical fitter to join the workshop team responsible for manufacturing Fire & Gas detection control panels and gas detection sampling systems. You will handle electrical fitting, wiring, and assembly using Draeger and third party supplied equipment, with pre-inspection checks to ensure quality.

Focus on safe working practices, timely order completion, and driving continual improvements through 6S audits.

Qualifications

• Electrical fitting work and installation experience.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and SOPs.
• Ability to perform assembly and testing per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Fire & Gas detection control panels.
• Manufacture Gas Detection Sampling Systems.
• Pre-inspection checks of colleagues' work.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and to high quality.
• Promote continual improvements and participate in 6S audits.
