Job summary

4way Recruitment has partnered directly with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Fire Extinguisher Engineer for their team. The role is based in Bromsgrove, offering a basic salary of £32,500 and an OTE of £38,000+ per year, plus a £1,500 joining bonus.

A company van and fuel card are provided, along with 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and a pension scheme. Applicants should hold a BAFE Certification, a Full UK Driving Licence, and have experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician

Qualifications

• BAFE Certification – Essential.
• Full UK Driving License – Essential.
• Previous experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician or Fire Extinguisher Engineer.
• Experience working in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install portable fire extinguishers across commercial and residential sites.
• Plan and manage your own daily service schedule efficiently.
• Liaise directly with customers to arrange service appointments.
• Complete service reports accurately using a PDA.
• Ensure all work complies with fire safety legislation and health & safety standards.
• Represent the company professionally whilst working independently in the field.
