Job summary

4Way Recruitment has partnered directly with an accredited provider to recruit a permanent Fire Extinguisher Engineer for their team in the UK. The role offers a £32,500 basic salary with an OTE of £38,000+ and a £1,500 joining bonus for fully trained engineers with current BAFE certification.

The engineer will service, maintain and install portable extinguishers across commercial and residential sites, plan a daily schedule, liaise with customers and complete reports using a PDA, ensuring

Qualifications

• BAFE Certification - Essential
• Full UK Driving License - Essential
• Previous experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician or Fire Extinguisher Engineer
• Experience working in customer-facing environments
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install portable fire extinguishers across commercial and residential sites
• Plan and manage your own daily service schedule efficiently
• Liaise directly with customers to arrange service appointments
• Complete service reports accurately using a PDA
• Ensure all work complies with fire safety legislation and health & safety standards
• Represent the company professionally whilst working independently in the field
