Job summary

Complete Fixing Solutions in London seeks a Document Controller to manage fire door installation records and installer competency tracking. The role blends office coordination with field support, ensuring documentation is audit-ready for handovers.

You will maintain trackers, check records, and collate evidence from sites, while coordinating with project teams and delivering regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, able to run trackers and keep records up to date.
• Excellent organisation and the confidence to work independently.
• Some fire door knowledge is desirable, BM TRADA Q-Mark familiarity is a plus.
• Experience documenting installations and preparing audit-ready records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a central tracker of fire door projects, progress and actions.
• Check installation records and photos; follow up missing info.
• Keep installer competency and training records up to date.
• Visit sites to help operatives capture and upload evidence.
• Coordinate with site/project managers to resolve issues.
• Provide weekly reports on doors installed and project status.
