Job summary

Complete Fixing Solutions is seeking a proactive Document Controller to own fire door installation records and installer competency tracking in London. The role combines office-based coordination with practical site support, helping teams stay auditable and ready for handovers.

You will maintain central trackers, verify records and photos, manage training records, visit sites to capture evidence, and provide weekly progress reports to project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining project trackers and documentation.
• Ability to visit sites and collect evidence.
• Knowledge of installer competency tracking and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a central tracker of fire door projects, installation progress and outstanding actions.
• Check installation records and photographs, following up on missing or incomplete information.
• Keep installer competency and training records up to date, identifying further training needs.
• Visit sites to help operatives capture and upload the required evidence.
• Work with site and project managers to resolve issues and coordinate training.
• Provide weekly reports on installed doors, project progress and outstanding items.
