Responsibilities

• Managing PFP Helpdesk and coordinating fire door compliance activities.
• Assisting project managers and senior staff as required.
• Organising meetings with internal staff and clients, including bi-weekly contract meetings.
• Raising jobs and booking works/engineers in the Simpro system and liaising with customers.
• Updating Simpro with relevant data for the department.
• Recording fire door compliance data for LPCB purposes for all works.
• Issuing LPCB certificates within 24 hours of receipt from surveyor.
• Auditing job tickets to ensure LPCB procedures are followed (RAMS, reports, certificates uploaded).
• Handling correspondence, complaints and client queries with good email etiquette.
• Invoicing works and liaising with accounts; month-end reconciliation.
• Assisting with audits and maintaining procedures/office systems (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Managing quality reports, surveys and completion reports; scheduling works per project.
• Issuing asbestos registers before each job commences.
