Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive coordinator in London to manage fire door installation records and installer competency tracking. The role blends office-based coordination with hands-on site support to ensure documentation is audit-ready.

You will maintain trackers, verify records, and support project teams across Central London. Some BM TRADA Q-Mark familiarity is advantageous for compliance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and excellent organisation.
• Confidence to work independently and follow up with site teams.
• Some fire door knowledge is desirable; familiarity with BM TRADA Q-Mark processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a central tracker of fire door projects, installation progress and outstanding actions.
• Check installation records and photographs, following up on missing or incomplete information.
• Keep installer competency and training records up to date, identifying further training needs.
• Visit sites to help operatives capture and upload the required evidence.
• Work with site and project managers to resolve issues and coordinate training.
• Provide weekly reports on installed doors, project progress and outstanding items.
