Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer based from Truro or Plymouth to service, maintain and install fire and security systems across the region.

The role covers servicing, attending breakdowns, and completing preventative maintenance with a focus on quality and customer service. A full UK driving licence is required and there are ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Fire & Security Engineer.
• Experience in either service and breakdowns or installation.
• Experience working with systems such as fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control would be advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications for the role.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Are you an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable engineer to join their growing team, based from Truro and covering the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in either service and breakdowns or installation within the fire and security industry.

The Role

Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for either:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing fire and security systems.
• Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults efficiently.
