Main Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems – addressable and conventional
• Service and maintenance of Door Entry systems
• Service and maintenance of Emergency Lights
• Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers
• Work within the domestic/social housing sector

Knowledge and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems, both conventional and addressable
• Experience working with the social housing sector
• FIA training/qualifications are desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with and understanding of BS5839-1
