Job summary

4way Recruitment has partnered directly, with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Fire and Security Install and Service Engineer for their team.

Based in Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, the role offers a basic salary up to £40,000, 25 days holiday, travel time pay and a 1 in 6 on‑call rota.

You will install and service fire and security systems, fault‑find across sites, and work with intruder alarms and CCTV from brands such as Orisec, Pyronix or Hanwha.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and servicing Fire and Security systems (intruder alarms and CCTV).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Fire and Security systems.
• Carry out fault finding and maintenance across customer sites.
• Work on a range of security systems including intruder alarms and CCTV.
• Travel to sites across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, with occasional work in Bristol, Newcastle and other locations.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while completing work safely and efficiently.
