The role we’re hiring for is a Fire Alarm Service Engineer based inside the M25 area. Your knowledge and ability to service analogue addressable and conventional fire systems will be greatly utilised as our business continues to see growth, making it a great time to join our ‘family’.

You’ll be troubleshooting faults and carrying out repairs to restore systems to full functionality, as well as upgrading fire alarm systems.

Here’s a look at some of your responsibilities:

1. Carrying out all servicing in accordance with company procedures and system requirements, ensuring high standards and timely completion
2. Identifying problems and resolving issues by finding resources and solutions
3. Utilising industry knowledge of products and standards, as each installation is client-specific
4. Completing all relevant documentation accurately, including site paperwork, expense forms, and timesheets

Desired experience includes:

• Qualified Alarm Engineers or qualified electricians with Fire Alarm service experience
• Experience with Conventional Fire Detection Systems, Analogue Addressable Systems, and Gas Suppression Systems
• Working knowledge of BS 5839-1 & 6:2017 and fire alarm software (Morley, Kentec, Advanced)
• Full UK Driving License, CSCS/ECS card, preferably FID
