This role offers flexible working hours: part-time, job-share, and full-time options.

Location: Home-based, South UK

About the Role

Join our diverse and passionate ZRS Property Team in a rewarding career in Risk Management. Candidates with experience in Property Insurance, underwriting, claims, or risk engineering are preferred. The role involves travel to customer sites across the region, with an essential car user allowance. A comprehensive 3-month training program will be provided to support your career start in Risk Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop and on-site risk assessments following global guidelines.
• Create professional risk assessment and improvement reports for stakeholders.
• Manage risk improvement actions proactively within customer account management programs.
• Collaborate across Risk Engineering, Claims, Underwriting, and other teams.
• Prioritize workload to meet global standards and customer needs.

Candidate Profile

• Experience assessing property risks (fire, flood, security) from underwriting or claims perspective.
• Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention for Property and Business Interruption risks.
• Professional qualifications such as Cert/Dip CII, TIFireE, or Risk Management certifications.
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Commitment to self and team development with clear goal-setting.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with Zurich Resilience Solutions offerings and stakeholder engagement for revenue opportunities.
