The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in a career in Risk Management within Zurich Resilience Solutions. Candidates should have some background in Property Insurance through underwriting, claims, or risk engineering. The role is home-based with travel to customer sites, and includes an essential car user allowance. A 3-month training academy will be provided to equip successful candidates with foundational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop and on-site risk assessments following global guidelines.
• Create professional risk assessment and improvement reports.
• Manage risk improvement actions proactively.
• Collaborate across departments such as Risk Engineering, Claims, and Underwriting.
• Prioritize workload to meet customer needs efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience assessing property risks (fire, flood, security) from underwriting or claims perspective.
• Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention for Property and Business Interruption risks.
• Professional qualifications like Cert/Dip CII, TIFireE, or Risk Management certification.
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively.
• Commitment to self and team development.
• Excellent communication skills.
