Strativ Group in London is expanding its FinTech desk and seeking driven recruiters to engage the US market from day one. You’ll place top talent into fast-growing VC-backed startups on retained or exclusive assignments, while building a recognised niche across GTM, Tech and Finance.

You can expect substantial earning potential with fees and salaries highlighted, including opportunities to bill £350k+ in a year and salaries £150k+ with progressive commission structures.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in 360 recruitment with client wins.
• Experience recruiting AE's to VP/SVP sales leadership or Finance roles.
• Able to develop early-stage VC/PE backed startup partnerships.
• Strong relationship skills and market specialist mindset.
