You will work with Engineering, Product Managers, SMEs and stakeholders to understand business needs, conduct gap analyses, and support both functional and non-functional requirements for development and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing business needs and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of payments, banking or fintech advantageous.
• Experience with Agile environments and workshops.
• Ability to prioritise and arbitrate requests with data.
• Proven ability to document user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to analyse features.
• Capture internal and external requirements clearly.
• Evaluate solutions against business needs and constraints.
• Facilitate workshops with clients and teams.
• Refine user stories with engineering and product managers.
• Produce API or integration documentation as required.
