Edenred PayTech is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join our Product team in the Account Payments Domain. You will work with Engineering, Product Managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to understand needs, perform gap analyses, and support requirements for development and QA.

The role suits someone with a background in Payments, Banking or Fintech, who can navigate highly technical environments. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and stakeholders to analyse features and requirements.
• Analyse new features and optimise existing elements.
• Understand business cases and arbitrate between requests with data.
• Assist Product Managers in prioritising workstreams.
• Document requirements clearly for API/integration and development teams.
• Evaluate proposed solutions against business needs and constraints.
• Facilitate workshops and product walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders.
• Refine user stories with Product Manager, stakeholders and engineering teams.
