Edenred PayTech is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Product team within the Account Payments Domain. You will work with Engineering, Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, conduct gap analyses and support both functional and non-functional requirements for development and QA teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration across national and international clients, with a focus on delivering value in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, SMEs and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Understanding payments/banking/fintech domain is advantageous.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integration concepts and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and stakeholders to analyse requirements.
• Analyse new features and optimise existing elements.
• Document requirements clearly for API/integration and QA teams.
• Assist Product Managers in prioritising workstreams and ensuring delivery.
• Propose solutions based on best practices and regulatory considerations across countries.
