Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand requirements and manage relationships.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new client requirements through phases from concept to rollout.
• Technical Delivery: Solve business problems by managing technical elements of client programs with minimal disruption.
• Proactive Planning: Use RAID logs and status reports to monitor risks, timelines and milestones.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and promote a collaborative, positive workplace.
