Job summary

Ryft is expanding its HR function as it scales, seeking an HR Advisor to lead day-to-day HR delivery. You will be the go-to contact for managers and employees on policy, performance and onboarding while reporting to the Finance Director for strategy and org design.

This hands-on generalist role covers onboarding/offboarding, policy management, HRIS records, and support for recruitment coordination in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Advisor, HR Officer, or similar generalist role.
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and practical application.
• Experience handling employee relations casework independently with good judgement.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a scaling organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR queries.
• Advise on employee relations casework in partnership with the Finance Director.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and improve HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Keep HR systems accurate and audit-ready.
• Support the annual people cycle with timely admin and data.
