Job summary

Corporate Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Director of Technology for a fast-growing FinTech SaaS business. You’ll lead software development, DevOps, data, BI, QA and information security, shaping the technology strategy to scale with the business.

You’ll join the Senior Leadership Team to professionalise the function, mentor high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement, accountability and innovation across the technology organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a senior technology role.
• Fintech or payments experience.
• Experience scaling platforms and teams.
• Experience leading distributed and remote teams.
• Hands-on with modern tech stack across development, DevOps, data, BI, QA and InfoSec.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology function and set strategic direction across development, DevOps, data, BI, QA and InfoSec.
• Partner with the executive team to shape the company’s tech strategy to support growth.
• Build a scalable technology organisation with accountable, high-performing teams.
