Job summary

OpenPayd Ltd is seeking a QA/Compliance Assurance professional to conduct risk-based reviews across customer onboarding, CDD/EDD and transaction monitoring. You will document evidence, assess case handling quality, and identify control weaknesses, collaborating with Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit to drive improvements.

Strong attention to detail, ability to present clear conclusions, and experience in fintech environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance Assurance or similar oversight role.
• Experience conducting file/case reviews and documenting evidence-based conclusions.
• Knowledge of KYC, CDD, EDD and customer lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of transaction monitoring, fraud controls and financial crime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based QA reviews across onboarding, CDD/EDD, reviews and monitoring.
• Select and document review samples with independence and evidence trail.
• Assess quality and timeliness of case handling, investigations and approvals.
• Evaluate controls and identify deficiencies and remediation needs.
• Prepare reports, metrics and KPIs for senior management and governance.
