Job summary

OpenPayd is building a universal financial infrastructure and needs a leader to establish and drive the Quality Assurance function across onboarding, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and payment operations. You will lead risk-based QA reviews, define governance, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit to strengthen controls.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in QA/compliance roles, with 4–5 years in leadership, knowledge of KYC/CDD/EDD, and experience in regulated financial

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years in QA/compliance roles with 4–5 years in leadership.
• Experience in regulated financial services.
• Knowledge of KYC, CDD and EDD.
• Knowledge of transaction monitoring and financial crime controls.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and governance roadmap and operating model.
• Develop a risk-based QA framework.
• Conduct reviews across onboarding, CDD/EDD, monitoring, fraud, and operations.
• Document review samples with evidence trail and independence.
• Produce clear reports and KPIs for senior management.
• Track remediation actions and escalation of systemic issues.
• Collaborate with first-line, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA methodology and training.
