SteadyPay Limited in London is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to turn the roadmap into delivered, high-quality products for consumer and embedded lending platforms. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll own initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, QA, data science and commercial teams to define requirements and measure success.

You’ll drive discovery, prioritisation and product improvements, while working with a junior Scrum Master to maintain delivery cadence.

Formación

• Around 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership or a closely related technical role.
• Practical experience in an Agile environment, backlog management and sprint-based delivery.
• Strong delivery mindset and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience turning business or customer needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and make decisions within a defined strategy.
• Willingness to learn the technical side to collaborate with engineers and understand APIs.
• Strong written communication and organisational skills.
• Thoughtful approach to product quality, customer experience, data and measurable outcomes.
• Open to moving into Product Management from another technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery of agreed roadmap initiatives from initial requirements through to release and evaluation.
• Translate business objectives, customer feedback, partner needs and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritised product backlog and make day-to-day decisions on scope and sequencing.
• Work with engineering and QA to resolve questions and keep delivery moving.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and technical leads to support sprint planning, refinement and reviews.
• Identify blockers, dependencies and scope changes early and escalate risks.
• Ensure new features are tested, documented, released and monitored.
