Job summary

Stream is seeking a Delivery Manager (Implementation Manager) to guide clients through onboarding, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery. The role involves hands-on technical work and collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Client Success, and Engineering.

You will own the client relationship from signature to 45 days post-launch. This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of APIs, SFTP, and Single Sign-On.

Qualifications

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects, preferably fintech or tech-driven.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion within defined timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in managing client expectations and addressing client concerns.
• Solid understanding of APIs, SFTP, and Single Sign-On.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and shape launch timelines.
• Drive effective internal communication within the project team.
• Address objections and guide clients towards best practices and tailored solutions.
• Explain integration principles to technical and non-technical audiences for buy-in.
• Collaborate to optimize data transfer (SFTP and APIs) between systems.
• Identify and address risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Take ownership by identifying blind spots and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
• Contribute to enhancing team best practices and internal processes.
