Job summary

AccessFintech is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery of software implementation projects. You will ensure service delivery processes are followed, manage client expectations, and coordinate internal resources and third parties to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience in a software implementation role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem solving and understanding of complex processes.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of how the platform is used and configured.
• Develop project plans and issues trackers for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Build relationships with clients in the spirit of partnership.
