Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a FINPRO Claims Specialist to proactively handle a cross section of FINPRO claims from initial advice to closure in London. The role requires expertise in coverage, liability, quantum and strategy while aligning with the Claims Charter and process guidelines.

You will collaborate with brokers, underwriters, actuaries and internal teams to deliver accurate reserves and timely payments, ensuring high-quality service for clients across cyber, PI, FI and D&O

• Knowledge of law and insurance regulations in various jurisdictions.
• Ability to interact effectively with brokers and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Proactively handling a cross section of FINPRO claims from first advice to closure.
• Follow claims reserving philosophy and standards with appropriate referral.
• Liaising with policyholders, brokers, co-insurers, actuaries and underwriters.
• Ensuring compliance with the Claims Charter and internal audits.
• Managing external lawyers and adjusters per approved Panel list.
• Collaborating with underwriters and business development managers.
• Maintaining files and records accurately.
• Promoting the LSM Claims Charter and delivering client service excellence.
• Rolling up to the Claims Manager and Head of FINPRO as required.
